Given that this was not a major release, or maybe it hasn't been released in North America yet, I enjoyed this movie. The movie is set at the time when Christianity was the outcast religion and where there was believed to be more than one god represented by statues. The movie progresses to an age where Christianity is the popular religion of choice but the jews are looked down upon and the those who were non-Christians before but converted after Christianity gained popularity had to prove their loyalty and faith. It actually was an interesting movie showing the corruption that the power of religion can give people. The once frowned down upon Christians were all of a sudden those who should be feared. The movie also shows yet again the long time battle between the quest for knowledge and just belief based on faith. Great movie start to finish.
